Alessandra Giura Longo
Flautist, singer, and performer of contemporary music theatre, Alessandra has lived, studied, and worked in Matera, Bologna, Ponta Delgada (Azores Islands), Messina, Cagliari, where she teaches
Chamber Music at the Conservatoire, and Paris. She has lived several musical experiences as a soloist, in orchestras and in ensembles, exploring the expressive and creative possibilities of making music in all directions, sweeping from medieval to present day repertory, even focusing on contemporary experimental music and free improvisation. She takes part in the creation of several dance and theatre performances as a musician as well as actress and sometimes writer.
