Rudy Buhler Art – The Colour Project is the brainchild of Rudy Buhler, abstract artist, and founder and curator of the gallery. Rudy is originally from Switzerland and relocated to Malta in 2020. The gallery on the promenade surrounding the bay in Marsaskala specialises in high quality original abstracts by well-known and emerging contemporary artists. It is the only contemporary art gallery in the south of Malta, and the only gallery specialising in abstract, or informal art.

The gallery exhibits works by six to eight different artists every year and promotes emerging talents as well as established local and international artists. It also hosts art-related events, small private functions, board or team meetings, and family or corporate events in the stimulating setting of an art gallery, where one is surrounded by original and unique paintings or sculptures. The gallery aims to be an artistic centre for art and artists in the Maltese Islands.
