Dance Festival Workshops
Welcome to the first edition of Dance Festival Malta (DFM) dedicated to connecting artists, disciplines and audiences through art that shares a strong choreographic sensibility hosting dance performances and professional training. DFM inspires movement as the main language and the body as the main subject. Faced with the numerous challenges that the evolution of dance faces today, it draws the viewer in to a playful exchange of information through the poetic expression of all dance genres. The festival takes place in the capital city of Malta, Valletta, and consists of performances, workshops, creative workshops, community projects, organised panels of discussions, Q & A, and public presentations.
Workshops will be held at The Dance Workshop.

Terms & Conditions for Applications

A minimum of three years Dance experience is required, not suitable for beginners. (Entry age 16+)

Applicants will be reviewed by DFM. Selected applicants will be notified of their acceptance by email.

Selected applicants will be required to pay the full fee by not later than 6 May 2022. Those who fail to pay within the stipulated deadline will loose their booking. Refer to payment terms below.

All workshops will be filmed and photographed for promotional and archiving purposes.

Dance Festival Malta is not responsible for any theft or loss of personal belongings during the festival or any of its activities.
Fees:

1 class €40 including VAT
-
3 classes (@ €35 each) = €105 including VAT
-
6 classes (@ €30 each) = €180 including VAT

Walk-ins are allowed at a fee of €40 including VAT, subject to availability.

Payment Terms
Kindly note that the booking can only be secured against full payment, which needs to be settled once the application is accepted by the production team.
If full payment does not reach us by 5 June 2022, applicants will lose their bookings.
Payment must be made by bank transfer to the Festivals Malta account, which is MT53VALL22013000000050003080116 with the application reference provided by the production team upon acceptance of application.
