CLASS DESCRIPTION

Welcome to my ballet class, where we explore the beautiful art of dance through the Russian Vaganova technique. In this class, I prioritise the joint effort of the entire body, focusing on complexity and proper coordination. The playful nature of music serves as our inspiration, as we delve into the dynamics of movement, fostering a strong sense of musicality. Additionally, I place great importance on teaching the correct breathing technique to enhance our performance. While adhering to the technique's strict guidelines, I like to infuse the exercises with modern, subtle, and occasionally playful movements, adding a touch of contemporary flair. Precision is paramount, but so is creating a positive atmosphere and cultivating a cheerful disposition throughout our sessions. Above all, we embrace the joy of dance, allowing ourselves to relish in the love for movement and the emotions it evokes. Join me in experiencing the enchantment of ballet and discovering the beauty within every step.
