Hip Hop Urban Contemporary Dance Fusion by Marco Di Nardo (Italy/Germany)

DFM Workshops 27 July
CLASS DESCRIPTION
The class is a journey through the beauty of suspended movement in the space where urban dance meets contemporary dance. The class will explore the physicality of b-boying and acrobatics combined with floor work. It will start with a warm-up of improvisation that helps the body to perform physical movements. We then discover our physical potential in terms of strength and balance. The training focuses on the way to move fluidly and with endless movements, all the way up, in the middle, and on the floor. The class is also based on acrobatics and turning movement exercises that help students gain more strength, stability, and speed when performing acrobatic movements. The aim is to combine our dance skills with class material that helps the student to learn and develop their style.
