Raynald Colom, born in France in 1978, is a highly regarded trumpet player in the Jazz scene and a pioneer of Flamenco trumpet. He has collaborated with notable artists in Jazz, Pop, and Flamenco such as Paco de Lucia and Manu Chao. He has toured extensively in the US, Europe, and Asia and performed at various Jazz festivals. Colom started playing the violin at 4 and switched to the trumpet at 8, studying with renowned musicians such as Roy Hargrove and Wynton Marsalis.
