Within these 3 days of training with me, you will be participating in an energetic and technical ballet class. Learning in my style inspired by the French technique working towards a linear emphasis on arms and legs. The class will recognise and reference elements of Russian qualities fused with musical quick movements in the  ‘Balanchine style. My passion lies within the demanding form of ballet by strengthening the technique by merging with a sense of release that allows the body to move and express itself throughout the exercises. I look forward to sharing this knowledge with you.
