Class Description
A movement, dance and musicality workshop with a focus on floorwork dynamics rooted in the foundations of breaking, and shaolin gong fu practices. The workshop will also aim to broaden the understanding of a safe functional movement practice with a view to injury prevention when moving dynamically.
Level Description:
Recommended to dancers having over 3 years dance experience especially in hip hop styles.
Focussing on musicality and working with different tempos and counts.
Dynamic exploration of sequences that develop body organisation and connectivity.
