Nadine Galea
Violinist Nadine Galea has performed for the Royal Family, including HM Queen Elizabeth II, along with Commonwealth Heads of Government. She joined six other violinists in this performance for the official CHOGM opening at Buckingham Palace, which was broadcast live on BBC 2. Nadine has also performed private house concerts for pop star Madonna and Tim Berners Lee and has been flown to Cannes by Will.i.am for a special star-studded event. Nadine performed Ravel’s Tzigane to a full house as a soloist accompanied by the United Nations Orchestra for Europe Day at the Victoria Hall in Geneva. Other venues she has performed at include London’s Kensington Palace, the Victoria and Albert Museum, St James’s Piccadilly, The National Gallery, the Houses of Parliament, Auberge de Castille (Malta International Arts Festival), the 02 Arena for Europe’s largest Blues Festival and the Royal Albert Hall. Her solo recordings have been aired on Classic FM, BBC Radio London, and ITV. As a session musician, she recorded for Grammy Award winning artists and leading labels such as Island Records. Nadine holds a Masters and Bachelor degrees from the Royal College of Music, London.
